What we process on this site

• Waitlist form submissions: Name, email address, and optional free-text feedback submitted via our early-access form.
• Technical data: IP address, browser/device information, and page interactions automatically collected by our hosting and CDN providers (for security, error prevention, and performance optimization).
• Cookies & analytics: Only if you consent — see our Cookie Policy.

Purpose & legal basis (Art. 6 GDPR)

• Waitlist & early-access communication — to contact you about upcoming features, product updates, or platform launch (Art. 6 (1)(b)).
• Product feedback & improvement — to analyze aggregated, non-personal feedback in order to enhance our services (legitimate interest, Art. 6 (1)(f)).
• Security & abuse prevention — to maintain reliability, prevent unauthorized access, and protect infrastructure (legitimate interest, Art. 6 (1)(f)).
• Analytics — processed only with your explicit consent (Art. 6 (1)(a)).

Data sources

Data is either provided directly by you (e.g., through forms or communications) or generated automatically during website use (e.g., technical logs, cookies/analytics if consented).

Retention

Waitlist data is stored until the product launch or until you request deletion. Technical logs are retained only as long as necessary for security and troubleshooting. Analytics data is stored according to the provider’s retention policy (see Cookie Policy).

Personal data is processed exclusively by service providers who act as our data processors under GDPR-compliant agreements.

Processors & recipients

• Google (Workspace, Cloud, optional Analytics) — data may be processed in the EU or under EU Standard Contractual Clauses if transferred internationally.
• Hosting/CDN provider — used for secure site delivery, DDoS protection, and uptime monitoring (data processed within the EU).

International transfers

If personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent data protection safeguards approved by the European Commission to ensure an adequate level of protection.

Your rights (GDPR)

• You have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing in accordance with the GDPR. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
• You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Germany, this is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

Children

This website and its services are not directed at, nor intended for use by, individuals under 16 years of age.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates the effective version.

Speicherdauer

Wartelisten-Daten werden bis zum Produktstart oder bis zu Ihrem Löschwunsch gespeichert. Technische Protokolle werden nur so lange aufbewahrt, wie dies für Sicherheit und Fehlersuche erforderlich ist. Analyse-Daten werden entsprechend den Einstellungen des jeweiligen Anbieters gelöscht.

Auftragsverarbeiter & Empfänger

• Google (Workspace, Cloud, optionale Analytics) — Verarbeitung kann innerhalb der EU oder auf Basis der EU-Standardvertragsklauseln erfolgen.
• Hosting / CDN (z. B. Vercel, Netlify) — für die sichere Bereitstellung dieser Website und zum Schutz vor Missbrauch.

Internationale Datenübermittlung

Wenn personenbezogene Daten außerhalb des Europäischen Wirtschaftsraums (EWR) übertragen werden, erfolgt dies ausschließlich auf Grundlage geeigneter Garantien gemäß Art. 46 DSGVO, insbesondere der EU-Standardvertragsklauseln.

Ihre Rechte

Sie haben das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, Datenübertragbarkeit sowie Widerspruch gegen die Verarbeitung gemäß Art. 15 bis 21 DSGVO. Eine erteilte Einwilligung können Sie jederzeit widerrufen, ohne dass die Rechtmäßigkeit der bisherigen Verarbeitung berührt wird.
